This vintage y2k mini dress has black-on-black sequins underneath a gauzy black outer layer. It’s pull-on (no closures). The tag size is 3/4 – it measures 31″ around the bust, 28″ at the waist, and 38″ at the hips, and it’s 28″ long shoulder-to-hem. This item is in excellent vintage condition.
